Shipping & Delivery

Our standard shipping is free with a subscription; otherwise, there's a small fee of ₤4.99 for Austria and Germany.

We will naturally keep you informed about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order confirmation via email. Your package is expected to arrive within 5-7 working days (delivery is made from Monday to Saturday).

Within the UK, we use Royal Mail for delivery. An order placed on www.playbrush.com can only be shipped to the United Kingdom, Germany and Austria.
